بنك برقان يعتزم زيادة رأس المال بنحو 162 مليون دولار

بنك برقان يعتزم زيادة رأس المال بنحو 162 مليون دولار

حصل بنك برقان على موافقة هيئة أسواق المال الكويتية لزيادة رأس المال 7% بسعر اكتتاب 0.58 دولار (0.18 دينار) للسهم الواحد، ويتكون السعر من 0.32 دولار (0.1 دينار) قيمة اسمية و0.26 دولار (0.08 دينار) علاوة إصدار.

وفي حال الاكتتاب بكامل أسهم حقوق الأولوية، فسيتم زيادة رأس المال المصدر والمدفوع بنحو 73.5 مليون دولار (22.8 مليون دينار) وتحقيق علاوة إصدار بقيمة 71.9 مليون دولار (22.2 مليون دينار)، بما يحقق متحصلات اكتتاب بنحو 162 مليون دولار (50 مليون دينار).

وتراجعت الأرباح الفصلية لبنك برقان بنسبة 41% إلى نحو 19.45 مليون دولار (6 ملايين دينار).

وجاءت النتائج أقل من توقعات المحللين البالغة حوالي 23.3 مليون دولار (7.18 مليون دينار).

وعزا البنك تراجع الأرباح في الربع الثاني إلى الارتفاع في مصاريف التشغيل ومخصص خسائر الائتمان.

جاء ذلك على الرغم من ارتفاع إيرادات الفوائد بـ 14% إلى نحو 590 مليون دولار (182 مليون دينار).

كما ارتفع مخصص خسائر الائتمان المتوقعة بـ 400% إلى نحو 162.1 مليون دولار (50 مليون دينار).
