بنوك تطرح سندات بـ 15 مليار دولار لتمويل مركز بيانات مدعوم من “غوغل”

تستعد مجموعة من البنوك بقيادة “مورغان ستانلي” لطرح سندات بقيمة 15 مليار دولار لإعادة تمويل ديون مرتبطة بمركز بيانات قيد الإنشاء في ولاية تكساس، تدعمه “غوغل” وتستأجره شركة “أنثروبيك” المتخصصة في الذكاء الاصطناعي.

ويأتي الطرح في وقت تسعى فيه البنوك إلى تقليص انكشافها على تمويل مشاريع البنية التحتية للذكاء الاصطناعي، مع تزايد الطلب على رؤوس الأموال لهذا القطاع.

ومن المتوقع تقسيم التمويل إلى عدة إصدارات من السندات، بالتزامن مع سحب المطور للتمويل على مراحل وفق تقدم أعمال الإنشاء.

ورغم وجود دعم من غوغل للمشروع، فمن المتوقع أن تحمل السندات تصنيفاً ائتمانياً مضارباً Speculative Grade لأن ضمان “غوغل” لا يبدأ إلا بعد اكتمال بناء مركز البيانات، ما يعني أن المستثمرين سيتحملون خلال مرحلة الإنشاء مخاطر مثل تأخر التنفيذ وارتفاع التكاليف.
