“بوبا العربية” توزع أرباحاً نقدية بنسبة 40% عن عام 2025

“بوبا العربية” توزع أرباحاً نقدية بنسبة 40% عن عام 2025

صادقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة بوبا العربية للتأمين التعاوني في اجتماعها يوم 30 يونيو الحالي على توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية بقيمة 600 مليون ريال وبنسبة 40% من القيمة الاسمية على مساهمي الشركة عن العام المالي 2025.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء إن حصة السهم من التوزيع 4 ريالات، نظراً لأن عدد الأسهم المستحقة للأرباح 150 مليون سهم.

أوضحت أن أحقية الأرباح تكون لمساهمي الشركة المالكين للأسهم بنهاية يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة للشركة والمقيدين بسجلات الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية بنهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية.

أشارت إلى أن توزيع الأرباح سيبدأ بتاريخ 19 يوليو 2026.

وكان صافي ربح شركة “بوبا العربية” العائد للمساهمين قد سجل 1.08 مليار ريال في عام 2025 مقابل 1.16 مليار ريال في عام 2024، أي بانخفاض قدره 7.45%.
