بوتين: المحادثات يجب أن تركز على أمن روسيا وأوكرانيا وأوروبا ككل

أكد الرئيس الروسي فلاديمير بوتين أن المحادثات المستقبلية لتسوية الحرب في أوكرانيا يجب أن تركز على ضمانات أمنية لروسيا وأوكرانيا وأوروبا.
أعرب بوتين عن استعداد روسيا لاستئناف المحادثات مع أوكرانيا بوساطة أمريكية خلال الشهر المقبل.
شدد بوتين على أن روسيا تسعى للتوصل إلى حل نهائي ينهي الصراع وليس مجرد وقف مؤقت لإطلاق النار.
أشار بوتين إلى أن أي نقاش حول الأراضي في شرق أوكرانيا يجب أن يأخذ في الاعتبار أنها أراض روسية تاريخيا.
