بوطبيق لـ “النهار”: إفريقيا تحظى باهتمام متزايد من الجزائر وتسعى لتصدير التنمية بدل الأزمات

أكد رئيس البرلمان الإفريقي، فاتح بوطبيق، في لقاء خاص مع قناة “النهار”، أن القارة الإفريقية أصبحت تحظى باهتمام كبير ومتزايد من طرف الجزائر بقيادة رئيس الجمهورية عبد المجيد تبون.

وأوضح بوطبيق أن فوز الجزائر برئاسة البرلمان الإفريقي يعكس الثقة الكبيرة التي باتت تتمتع بها وسط الدول الإفريقية. مشيرا إلى أن هذا التتويج يعبّر عن مكانة الجزائر ودورها داخل القارة.

وأضاف أن الجزائر تسعى إلى تصدير حلول للأزمات. والعمل على نشر التنمية والأمن والطمأنينة في إفريقيا. على عكس “أطراف أخرى تسعى إلى تصدير الأزمات داخل القارة”.

وأشار بوطبيق إلى وجود محاولات لإضعاف المؤسسات الإفريقية، بهدف الضغط وعرقلة مسار التنمية. مؤكدا في السياق ذاته أن إفريقيا بحاجة إلى رؤية جديدة على المستوى المؤسساتي. خاصة فيما يتعلق بأماكن اتخاذ القرار.

لافتًا إلى أن الواقع الذي تعيشه القارة اليوم يتسم بالصعوبة، وهو ما يتطلب وعيا متزايدا من أجل مواجهة كل من يسعى لإضعاف إفريقيا.
