بيدناريك يتفوق على تيبوجو في 200 م

سيطر العداء الأمريكي كيني بيدناريك على سباق 200 متر، الأحد، في لقاء الرباط ضمن الدوري الماسي لألعاب القوى، قاطعًا خط النهاية بزمن قدره 19.69 ثانية، في ثاني أفضل توقيت لهذا العام.
وحقق وصيف أولمبيادي 2020 و2024 ومونديالي 2022 و2025 في هذا السباق انطلاقة ممتازة، وتصدر من البداية حتى النهاية، متقدمًا بفارق نحو ثلاثة أعشار الثانية على البطل الأولمبي البوتسواني ليتسيلي تيبوجو، الذي حل ثانيًا بزمن 19.96 ثانية.
وبهذا التوقيت، حقق بيدناريك ثاني أسرع زمن هذا العام في المسافة، خلف الموهبة الأسترالية جوت، الذي سجل 19.67 ثانية في أبريل في سيدني.
وعند السيدات، فازت الجامايكية تينا كلايتون بسباق 100 متر، بزمن قدره «10.85 ث»، في ثالث أفضل توقيت عالمي هذا العام، متقدمة على مواطنتيها لافانيا وليامس «10.95 ث» وجونييل سميث «11.00 ث».
