«بيطري الأقصر» يضبط 50 كيلو لحوم ودواجن فاسدة داخل مطعم شهير بإسنا

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • ضبطت مديرية الطب البيطري بالأقصر نحو 50 كيلوجراما من اللحوم والدواجن الفاسدة داخل مطعم بمركز إسنا.
  • أسفرت الحملة التفتيشية عن رصد تدني مستوى النظافة العامة داخل مكان إعداد وتجهيز الطعام.
  • تم التحفظ على المضبوطات واتخاذ الإجراءات القانونية اللازمة وإحالة الواقعة إلى النيابة العامة.
  • تأتي هذه الحملات ضمن جهود المحافظة لتشديد الرقابة على المنشآت الغذائية لضمان سلامة المواطنين.

شنت مديرية الطب البيطري بالأقصر حملات تفتيشية مفاجئة بالتعاون مع الهيئة القومية لسلامة الغذاء، وبالتنسيق مع شرطة البيئة والمسطحات المائية بالأقصر، يأتي ذلك في إطار جهود محافظة الأقصر لتكثيف الرقابة على الأسواق والمنشآت الغذائية، حفاظًا على صحة وسلامة المواطنين، وتنفيذًا لتوجيهات المهندس عبد المطلب عمارة، محافظ الأقصر، بتشديد الحملات الرقابية على محلات الجزارة والمجمدات ومصنعات.
