بيومي فؤاد أمام محكمة الأسرة مجددًا بسبب مصروفات نجله الدراسية

تنظر محكمة مستأنف الأسرة بقصر النيل في استئناف الفنان بيومي فؤاد على حكم إلزامه بدفع مصروفات دراسة نجله.
أصدرت محكمة الأسرة أحكاماً سابقة بإلزامه بدفع نفقة الصغير وأجر الحضانة والمصروفات الدراسية بالإضافة إلى نفقة المتعة والعدة ومؤخر الصداق.
حصلت طليقة الفنان على حكم بالولاية التعليمية وأكدت تحملها كامل المصروفات الخاصة بالطفل بعد تعذر التوصل لاتفاق ودي.
أكد الفنان عدم قدرته على سداد الالتزامات المطلوبة رغم محاولات محاميها المتكررة للوصول إلى تسوية ودية وإنهاء النزاع.

تنظر محكمة مستأنف الأسرة بقصر النيل، اليوم السبت، في استئناف الفنان بيومي فؤاد على حكم إلزامه بدفع مصاريف مدرسة نجله. وكانت محكمة الأسرة بقصر النيل قد أصدرت أحكامًا بإلزام الفنان بيومي فؤاد، دفع نفقة صغير وأجر حضانة ومصروفات دراسية لنجله، إلى جانب أحكام أخرى تتعلق بنفقة المتعة والعدة ومؤخر الصداق، ليقرر الفنان الاستئناف على الأحكام.
