“بي بي” البريطانية للبترول تبيع 65% من حصتها في “كاسترول” مقابل 6 مليارات دولار لسداد ديونها

باعت شركة بي بي البريطانية 65% من حصتها في كاسترول لشركة ستونبيك بارتنرز مقابل 6 مليارات دولار.
تستخدم الشركة السيولة النقدية لخفض ديونها التقليدية والسندات الهجينة والتزامات عقود الإيجار وتسويات التسرب النفطي.
تأتي هذه الخطوة ضمن جهود إعادة هيكلة الميزانية وتبسيط الأنشطة والتركيز على العمليات الأساسية في التنقيب والإنتاج.
بلغ صافي ديون الشركة نحو 13.87 مليار دولار بنهاية الربع الثالث من العام.
