تأجيل استئناف القاضي المزيف على حكم حبسه سنتين بتهمة النصب على سيدة

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أجلت محكمة جنح مستأنف عين شمس استئناف المتهم الملقب بالقاضي المزيف على حكم حبسه سنتين بتهمة النصب على سيدة.
  • استولى المتهم على مبلغ 200 ألف جنيه من المجني عليها بزعم أنه قاضٍ ويرغب في الزواج من ابنتها.
  • أقرت التحقيقات باعتراف المتهم بانتحال صفة قاضٍ واستخدام وشاح قضائي وبطاقات تعريفية لتضليل المواطنين والاستيلاء على أموالهم.
  • أظهرت التحقيقات تورط متهم ثانٍ في تصوير ونشر مقاطع فيديو للمتهم الأول وهو يرتدي الوشاح القضائي داخل إحدى المحاكم.

تأجيل الاستئناف المقدم من القاضي المزيف ، على خلفية اتهامه بالنصب على سيدة والاستيلاء منها على 200 ألف جنيه على الحكم الصادر ضده بالحبس سنتين مع الشغل، إلى جلسة 24 نوفمبر للحكم..
