تأجيل دعوى منع قبول الأجانب والمهاجرين واللاجئين بالجامعات الحكومية لـ 27 ديسمبر

أجلت محكمة القضاء الإداري دعوى المطالبة بوقف وإلغاء قبول الأجانب والمهاجرين واللاجئين بالجامعات الحكومية المصرية إلى جلسة 27 ديسمبر.
تستهدف الدعوى إلغاء القرارات التي ألغت سقف الـ10% لعدد الطلاب الوافدين وتطالب بقصر المقاعد الدراسية على المواطنين المصريين.
تستند الدعوى إلى مخالفة قرارات قبول الوافدين للدستور وقانون تنظيم الجامعات ومبدأ تكافؤ الفرص بين المواطنين.
تزعم الدعوى أن زيادة أعداد الوافدين تضغط على الموارد التعليمية المحدودة وتؤثر على جودة التعليم وتنافس الطلاب المصريين.

قررت محكمة القضاء الإداري بمجلس الدولة، الدائرة السابعة تعليم، تأجيل الدعوى رقم 77091 لسنة 80 قضائية، المقامة من الدكتور هاني سامح، المحامي…
