تأجيل محاكمة 39 متهمًا بخلية «الهيكل الإداري للإخوان» لجلسة 11 يناير 2027

  • أجّلت الدائرة الثانية إرهاب محاكمة 39 متهمًا في قضية الهيكل الإداري للإخوان إلى جلسة 11 يناير 2027.
  • أوضح أمر الإحالة أن المتهمين الأول والثاني توليا قيادة الهيكل الإداري من عام 1995 حتى 18 أغسطس 2018.
  • وجهت النيابة العامة للمتهمين من الثالث حتى الأخير تهمة الانضمام لجماعة إرهابية مع علمهم بأغراضها.
  • وجهت تهم تمويل الإرهاب وحيازة سلاح تقليدي لعدد من المتهمين المحددين في أمر الإحالة.

أجّلت الدائرة الثانية إرهاب، المنعقدة ببدر برئاسة المستشار وجدي عبد المنعم، اليوم الإثنين، محاكمة 39 متهمًا في القضية 15072 لسنة 2024 جنايات التجمع، والمعروفة بـ «الهيكل الإداري للإخوان»، لجلسة 11 يناير 2027. أمر إحالة المتهمين وكشف أمر الإحالة، أنه في غضون عام 1995 وحتى 19 أغسطس لعام 2018، تولى المتهمان الأول والثاني قيادة بهيكل الإخوان،.
