تأجيل محاكمة 7 متهمين بتمويل الإرهاب في «خلية مدينة نصر الثانية»

أجلت الدائرة الأولى إرهاب بمجمع محاكم بدر محاكمة 7 متهمين في قضية خلية مدينة نصر الثانية إلى جلسة 9 ديسمبر المقبل.
انضم المتهمون إلى جماعة إرهابية في محافظات القاهرة والجيزة والقليوبية خلال الفترة من عام 2013 حتى 2 ديسمبر 2022.
هدفت الجماعة الإرهابية إلى تعطيل أحكام الدستور والقوانين ومنع مؤسسات الدولة من ممارسة أعمالها والإضرار بالوحدة الوطنية.
أُسندت إلى المتهمين جرائم تمويل الإرهاب عبر توفير وحيازة ونقل وإمداد الجماعة وأفرادها بالأموال.

أجلت الدائرة الأولى إرهاب، المنعقدة بمجمع محاكم بدر، برئاسة المستشار محمد السعيد الشربيني، اليوم الخميس، محاكمة 7 متهمين في القضية المعروفة إعلاميا بـ«خلية مدينة نصر الثانية»، لجلسة 9 ديسمبر المقبل. وكشف أمر الإحالة في القضية رقم 19782 لسنة 2024 جنايات أول مدينة نصر، أن المتهمين انضموا خلال الفترة من عام 2013 وحتى 2 ديسمبر 2022،.
