تأييد حكم سجن رئيس كوريا الجنوبية السابق «سوك يول»

أيدت المحكمة العليا الكورية الجنوبية، اليوم الخميس، حكم حبس الرئيس السابق «يون سوك يول» لمدة سبعة أعوام، في أول قضية تصل إلى أعلى محكمة في البلاد من عدة محاكمات جنائية متعلقة بفرضه للأحكام العرفية لفترة قصيرة في عام 2024. وأيدت المحكمة حكم أصدرته محكمة سول العليا في أبريل الماضي خلص إلى إدانة يون بانتهاك حق.
