تايوان تدرس قيودا جديدة على تصدير رقائق الذكاء الاصطناعي للصين

تدرس تايوان فرض قيود أكثر صرامة على صادرات رقائق وخوادم الذكاء الاصطناعي إلى الصين، في خطوة تهدف إلى مواءمة سياساتها مع القيود الأميركية والحد من عمليات تهريب التكنولوجيا المتقدمة.

وبحسب وكالة “بلومبرغ” فإن المقترحات الجديدة قد تمنح السلطات التايوانية صلاحيات قانونية أوسع لتجريم تهريب خوادم الذكاء الاصطناعي المزودة برقائق إنفيديا إلى الصين، بعدما كانت الملاحقات القضائية تقتصر على مخالفات شبيهة بتزوير المستندات.

وتشمل الخطط المحتملة حظر بيع تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي المتقدمة لجميع العملاء في الصين، بدلاً من الاقتصار على الشركات المدرجة في القوائم السوداء الأميركية مثل هواوي و SMIC.

وتأتي الخطوة في إطار محادثات تجارية جارية بين تايبيه وواشنطن، وسط ضغوط أميركية متزايدة لمنع وصول التقنيات المتقدمة إلى الصين.
