“تبريد” تسجل 31 مليون دولار أرباحاً في الربع الثاني وتعلن توزيعات مرحلية

سجلت الشركة الوطنية للتبريد المركزي “تبريد” صافي أرباح بنحو 31 مليون دولار (113.7 مليون درهم) خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، مقارنة بـ43.7 مليون دولار (160.3 مليون درهم) خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي، بانخفاض نسبته نحو 29%.

وظلت إيرادات الشركة مستقرة على أساس سنوي خلال الربع الثاني عند نحو 175 مليون دولار (642 مليون درهم)، مقابل (642.2 مليون درهم) خلال الفترة المقابلة من العام الماضي.

وخلال النصف الأول من عام 2026، ارتفعت إيرادات “تبريد” إلى 0.31 مليار دولار (1.13 مليار درهم)، مقارنة بـ0.30 مليار دولار (1.11 مليار درهم) في الفترة نفسها من عام 2025، بنمو يقارب 2%.

في المقابل، بلغ صافي الأرباح العائدة إلى مساهمي الشركة 52.2 مليون دولار (191.8 مليون درهم)، مقارنة بـ75.1 مليون دولار (275.7 مليون درهم) خلال النصف الأول من العام الماضي، بانخفاض نحو 30%.

وعلى الصعيد التشغيلي، ارتفعت القدرة المتصلة بنسبة 15% على أساس سنوي لتصل إلى 1.58 مليون طن تبريد بنهاية يونيو 2026، فيما بلغت التدفقات النقدية التشغيلية الصافية 172.1 مليون دولار (632 مليون درهم)، بزيادة 40% على أساس سنوي.

وأعلن مجلس إدارة “تبريد” توزيع أرباح نقدية مرحلية بواقع 5 فلوس للسهم عن النصف الأول من 2026، للعام الثاني على التوالي، بما يعادل 74% من صافي الأرباح، في خطوة تعكس استمرار الشركة في تحقيق عوائد للمساهمين مع الحفاظ على مرونتها المالية.
