تجاوز الحرب الأمريكية ضد إيران مهلة الـ60 يوما يجرّ ترامب إلى التفتيش الحكومي

بدأ المفتشون العامون في وزارات الدفاع والخارجية والوكالة الأمريكية للتنمية الدولية، مراجعة مشتركة للحرب الأمريكية على إيران، بعد تجاوز العمليات العسكرية حاجز 60 يوما منذ انطلاقها في 28 فبراير الماضي.

وتأتي هذه المراجعة استنادا إلى قانون يفرض رقابة حكومية على العمليات العسكرية الخارجية الممتدة، بهدف ضمان الشفافية ومتابعة إدارة الموارد والأموال العامة المرتبطة بالحملة العسكرية.

وأثارت الخطوة جدلا قانونيا متزايدا حول مدى التزام إدارة الرئيس دونالد ترامب بقانون صلاحيات الحرب الأمريكي، الذي يمنع استمرار القوات الأمريكية في أعمال قتالية لأكثر من 60 يوما دون موافقة الكونغرس.

ولم تطلب الإدارة تفويضا من الكونغرس لعملية « الغضب الملحمي » التي استهدفت إيران بالتزامن مع العمليات الإسرائيلية.

وقال وزير الدفاع الأمريكي « إن مهلة الستين يوما أُعيد احتسابها بعد إعلان وقف إطلاق النار في أبريل، بينما أكد وزير الخارجية ماركو روبيو أن الحرب انتهت.

ويظل استمرار تبادل الهجمات بين واشنطن وطهران يغذي شكوكا بشأن انتهاء النزاع فعليا، ويزيد من التساؤلات حول الصلاحيات الدستورية للرئيس في إدارة العمليات العسكرية دون موافقة تشريعية صريحة.
