تخفيض 30% ومهلة 6 أشهر.. مفاجأة حكومية لأصحاب العدادات الكودية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • تمنح الحكومة مهلة 6 أشهر لمستخدمي العدادات الكودية لتقنين أوضاعهم وتحويلها إلى عدادات قانونية.
  • يتم تخفيض قيمة محاسبة استهلاك الكهرباء بنسبة 30% للفئات المستهدفة من هذا القرار.
  • يشترط للاستفادة من المهلة أن يكون العداد قد ركب قبل عام 2024 ولم يسبق تقديم طلبات التصالح له.
  • تتضمن التسهيلات تقليل التعقيدات الإدارية ومراعاة الظروف الاقتصادية والقدرات المالية للمواطنين عند التصالح على مخالفات البناء.

تزايد اهتمام المواطنين بتفاصيل المهلة الجديدة لتوفيق أوضاع مستخدمي العدادات الكودية، إلى جانب التيسيرات المتعلقة بالتصالح في مخالفات البناء، بعد الإعلان عن إجراءات تستهدف تسهيل تقنين الأوضاع القانونية وتخفيف الأعباء المالية عن المواطنين. إجراءات تحويل العداد الكودي إلى عداد كهرباء قانوني -منح مهلة إضافية. -إتاحة فترة سماح مدتها 6 أشهر لمستخدمي العدادات الكودية الذين تم.
