تراجع أرباح “المداواة التخصصية” 42% في النصف الأول

انخفض صافي ربح شركة المداواة التخصصية الطبية بنسبة 41.92% إلى 1.59 مليون دولار (5.96 مليون ريال) في النصف الأول من العام الحالي، مقارنة بـ 2.73 مليون دولار (10.26 مليون ريال) خلال الفترة المماثلة من عام 2025.

وأفادت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس بأن إيراداتها ارتفعت بنسبة 31.04% لتصل إلى 19.31 مليون دولار (72.36 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بـ 14.72 مليون دولار (55.22 مليون ريال)، بدعم من استمرار نمو حجم الأعمال وزيادة الطلب على الخدمات، وبصفة رئيسية في قطاع الخدمات الطبية.

وأوضحت الشركة أن تراجع الأرباح يعود إلى التكاليف الإضافية المرتبطة باستكمال متطلبات رفع ترخيص المستشفى إلى أكثر من 100 سرير، والتي شملت زيادة الجاهزية التشغيلية وأعداد الكوادر الطبية والتشغيلية قبل الحصول على الترخيص النهائي.

وأشارت إلى أن الحصول على الترخيص سيتيح رفع تسعير الخدمات المقدمة إلى هيئة التأمين الصحي الوطني بنحو 21%، علماً بأن الهيئة تمثل نحو 60% من إيرادات الشركة، متوقعة ظهور الأثر المالي لهذه الجاهزية بصورة أكبر بعد الحصول على الترخيص.

وشهدت التدفقات النقدية من الأنشطة التشغيلية تحسناً ملحوظاً، لتبلغ 5.31 مليون دولار (19.94 مليون ريال سعودي)، مقارنة بـ 0.71 مليون دولار (2.67 مليون ريال سعودي) في الفترة المماثلة من العام السابق.

كما ارتفع النقد والنقد المعادل إلى 9.45 مليون دولار (35.49 مليون ريال) بنهاية يونيو 2026، مقارنة بـ 3.23 مليون دولار (12.12 مليون ريال) بنهاية 2025، فيما ارتفع إجمالي الموجودات إلى 49.68 مليون دولار (186.44 مليون ريال).

وبلغت الإضافات على الممتلكات والمعدات نحو 2.64 مليون دولار (9.91 مليون ريال) خلال النصف الأول من العام، ضمن مشاريع تطوير وتجهيز وتوسعة مرافق الشركة.
