تراجع أسهم بنك “باركليز” يثير تكهنات بشأن استحواذ محتمل

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

أصبح بنك باركليز البريطاني هدفاً محتملاً للاستحواذ بعد هبوط حاد في سعر سهمه جعله أرخص بنك في العالم.
تسبب ضعف أداء البنك في قطاع الخدمات المصرفية الاستثمارية وتراجع نتائجه المالية في تراجع قيمته السوقية.
يسعى بنك جيه بي مورجان الأمريكي للاستحواذ على ذراع باركليز في سوق الأسهم الأمريكية وتوسيع أعماله في المملكة المتحدة.
أشار الرئيس التنفيذي للبنك إلى أهمية تركيز الإدارة على العوامل التي يمكن التحكم فيها لتحقيق عوائد للمساهمين.
