تراجع مبيعات أكبر 10 مطورين عقاريين في مصر خلال الربع الأول

أظهر تقرير صادر عن شركة “ذا بورد كونسالتنج” تراجع الوحدات المباعة من أكبر 10 شركات تطوير عقاري في مصر بنسبة 15% خلال الربع الأول من عام 2026، لتسجل نحو 15.5 ألف وحدة، مقارنة بالفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.

ورغم انخفاض عدد الوحدات المباعة، تراجعت قيمة المبيعات بوتيرة أقل بلغت 6.5% فقط، مدعومة بارتفاع أسعار العقارات، حيث سجلت المبيعات الإجمالية نحو 271 مليار جنيه خلال الربع الأول من 2026، مقابل 290 مليار جنيه في الفترة المقابلة من 2025.

واستحوذت مشروعات شرق القاهرة على النصيب الأكبر من المبيعات بقيمة 130 مليار جنيه، تلتها مشروعات الساحل الشمالي بنحو 50 مليار جنيه، ثم العين السخنة بقيمة 40 مليار جنيه، فيما سجلت مشروعات غرب القاهرة مبيعات بلغت 30 مليار جنيه.

وعلى مستوى الشركات، تصدرت شركة بالم هيلز المبيعات رغم تراجعها إلى 52 مليار جنيه خلال الربع الأول من 2026 مقابل 80.1 مليار جنيه قبل عام، تلتها مجموعة طلعت مصطفى بمبيعات بلغت 49 مليار جنيه مقارنة مع 77 مليار جنيه في الفترة نفسها من 2025.

وشهدت شركة تطوير مصر أكبر قفزة في المبيعات، إذ ارتفعت إلى 43.8 مليار جنيه مقابل 3.2 مليار جنيه قبل عام، فيما زادت مبيعات شركة إعمار مصر إلى 35.6 مليار جنيه مقارنة مع 24.4 مليار جنيه، وارتفعت مبيعات شركة هايد بارك إلى 25.3 مليار جنيه مقابل 21.6 مليار جنيه.

في المقابل، تراجعت مبيعات شركة لافيستا إلى 14.5 مليار جنيه من 16.8 مليار جنيه، وانخفضت مبيعات شركة ماونتن فيو إلى 14.5 مليار جنيه مقابل 21.56 مليار جنيه، كما هبطت مبيعات شركة جي ديفيلوبمنتس إلى 13 مليار جنيه من 17 مليار جنيه.

وسجلت شركة أورا مبيعات بقيمة 12 مليار جنيه خلال الربع الأول من 2026 مقارنة مع 8.1 مليار جنيه في الربع الأول من 2025، بينما بلغت مبيعات شركة مدينة مصر نحو 11.7 مليار جنيه مقابل 12.4 مليار جنيه قبل عام.

وبحسب التقرير، تصدرت شركة تطوير مصر قائمة الشركات الأعلى نمواً خلال الفترة بنسبة 1269%، تلتها شركة أورا بنسبة 48%، ثم شركة إعمار مصر بنسبة 46%، وشركة هايد بارك بنسبة 17%.
