تراجع مبيعات الإسمنت بنسبة 1.1 في المائة عند متم الأشهر 8 الأولى من سنة 2026

أفادت مديرية الدراسات والتوقعات المالية بأن مبيعات الإسمنت، المؤشر الرئيسي لنشاط قطاع البناء والأشغال العمومية، سجلت تراجعا بنسبة 1,1 في المائة عند متم الأشهر الثمانية الأولى من سنة 2026، بعد ارتفاع بـ 10,4 في المائة قبل سنة.

وأوضحت المديرية، في مذكرتها الأخيرة حول الظرفية، أن هذا التراجع الطفيف يتضمن مع ذلك تطورا إيجابيا تم تسجيله على وجه الخصوص على مستوى قطاعي الخرسانة الجاهزة للاستعمال (زائد 6,4 في المائة) والبنية التحتية (زائد 14,7 في المائة).

وفي المجمل، يعكس هذا التطور انخفاضا طفيفا خلال الشهرين الأولين من الربع الثالث (ناقص0,7 في المائة) وتراجعا بنسبة 10,9 في المائة في الربع الأول من عام 2026، مقابل أداء أفضل في الربع الثاني من عام 2026 (زائد 8 في المائة).

بالموازاة مع ذلك، وبحسب بنك المغرب، ارتفع حجم معاملات الأصول العقارية بنسبة 6,3 في المائة في الربع الثاني من عام 2026، بعد انخفاض بنسبة 9,3 في المائة في الفصل السابق، مسجلا أداء بنسبة +3,9 في المائة للعقار السكني، و+4,1 في المائة للأراضي، و+31,9 في المائة للعقارات ذات الاستخدام المهني.

وفي ما يتعلق بمؤشر أسعار الأصول العقارية، فقد سجل ارتفاعا بنسبة 0,7 في المائة خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، بعد انخفاض بنسبة 0,4 في المائة في الربع السابق. ويعزى هذا التطور إلى زيادة أسعار العقارات السكنية بنسبة 1 في المائة، والأراضي بنسبة 0,3 في المائة، والعقارات المخصصة للاستخدام المهني بنسبة 0,6 في المائة.

أما بخصوص تمويل العمليات العقارية، فقد ارتفع جاري القروض العقارية بنسبة 3,9 في المائة عند متم الأشهر السبعة الأولى من سنة 2026، بعد زيادة نسبتها 3,4 في المائة قبل سنة، ليناهز 330.7 مليار درهم.

ويأتي هذا التطور إثر تعزيز جاري القروض الموجهة للسكن بنسبة 2,7 في المائة، موازاة مع نمو القروض الموجهة للإنعاش العقاري بنسبة 5,9 في المائة.
