تراخيص البناء وتحديد أماكن الخدمات، تفاصيل المخططات الجديدة لـ23 قرية بالدقهلية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • أعلنت وزيرة التنمية المحلية والبيئة عن الانتهاء من إعداد المخططات التفصيلية لـ23 قرية بمحافظة الدقهلية.
  • تهدف المخططات الجديدة لتنظيم البناء وتحديد استخدامات الأراضي وشبكة الشوارع ومواقع الخدمات والمرافق.
  • تساهم هذه المخططات في الحد من التوسع العمراني العشوائي وتوفير أساس واضح للتعامل مع طلبات تراخيص البناء.
  • توزعت القرى المستفيدة على 6 مراكز بالدقهلية تشمل مراكز شربين ودكرنس وبلقاس والمنزلة ومنية النصر.

يترقب أهالي 23 قرية بمحافظة الدقهلية الاستفادة من المخططات التفصيلية الجديدة، التي تستهدف تنظيم البناء وتحديد استخدامات الأراضي وشبكة الشوارع ومواقع الخدمات والمرافق، بما يساعد على الحد من التوسع العمراني العشوائي وتوضيح الرؤية المستقبلية لكل قرية. وأعلنت الدكتورة منال عوض ، وزيرة التنمية المحلية والبيئة،
