ترامب يحوّل بوصلة واشنطن نحو موسكو.. ما أسباب تغيير واشنطن لسياستها إزاء الحرب الأوكرانية الروسية؟

تغير موقف الإدارة الأمريكية تجاه الحرب الأوكرانية الروسية مع انحياز ترامب لفلاديمير بوتين.
دعا الرئيس الأوكراني زيلينسكي إلى تجميد خطوط القتال كخطوة أولى نحو محادثات وقف إطلاق النار.
أبدى الكرملين استعداد روسيا لاستئناف المحادثات الثلاثية مع الولايات المتحدة وأوكرانيا الشهر المقبل.

في ظل التحول في موقف الإدارة الأمريكية من الرئيس الأوكراني وانحياز ترامب لفلاديمير بوتين، كيف نفهم هذا التحول؟ في وقت سابق من يوم الأربعاء، دعا الرئيس الأوكراني زيلينسكي إلى تجميد خطوط القتال في الحرب مع روسيا، معتبراً ذلك خطوة أولى نحو محادثات وقف إطلاق النار. ويوم الأربعاء أيضاً، أبدى الكرملين استعداد روسيا لاستئناف المحادثات الثلاثية مع الولايات المتحدة وأوكرانيا الشهر المقبل، وذلك بعد لقاء الرئيس فلاديمير بوتين والمبعوث الأميركي ستيف ويتكوف في سان بطرسبورغ. نستضيف في برنامج «ضيف اليوم» باحثاً في شؤون الأمن الدولي، الأستاذ جاسم محمد.
