ترامب يختار فريقه في ضوء الولاء الشخصي بعيدا عن الكفاءة (تقرير)

تبدو إدارة الرئيس الأمريكي دونالد ترامب في ولايته الثانية أكثر اعتمادا على الولاء الشخصي والثقة السياسية في اختيار المسؤولين، مقابل تراجع أهمية الخبرة والاستقلالية، وفق تقرير نشره موقع بوليتيكو استنادا إلى مقابلات مع مسؤولين حاليين وسابقين في الإدارة الأمريكية.
وأشار التقرير إلى أن ترامب أحاط نفسه بدائرة من المسؤولين الذين تربطه بهم علاقات سياسية وشخصية وثيقة، في إطار توجه يختلف عن بداية ولايته الأولى، عندما سعى إلى استقطاب شخصيات ذات خبرات مهنية وسير ذاتية قوية لشغل المناصب العليا.

وأعطى الفريق الانتقالي لترامب الأولوية لشخصيات تتبنى أجندته وتتمتع بثقته، بهدف تجنب تكرار الخلافات التي شهدتها الولاية الأولى مع مسؤولين من المؤسسة التقليدية.

وساق التقرير حالة وزير الخارجية ماركو روبيو كنموذج على اتساع نطاق المسؤوليات داخل الإدارة، بعدما جمع بين منصبه وتولي مهام مستشار الأمن القومي بالإنابة، إلى جانب مسؤوليات مرتبطة بملفات حكومية أخرى.

وانتقدت الكاتبة مولي جونغ-فاست في مقال رأي منشور بصحيفة نيويورك تايمز « ثقافة السعي إلى إرضاء الرئيس وإظهار الولاء له، مع تراجع مساحة محاولات ثنيه عن بعض قراراته ».
