تصل إلى مصادرة السلع.. تعرف على عقوبات مخالفة ضوابط التصدير والاستيراد

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يفرض القانون عقوبات على مخالفة ضوابط التصدير والاستيراد قد تصل إلى مصادرة السلع المخالفة.
تتراوح الغرامات المقررة للمخالفين بين 100 جنيه وألف جنيه مع مصادرة السلع في جميع الأحوال.
يحدد القانون رسوم فحص الصادرات والواردات بقرار من وزير التجارة بما لا يتجاوز 250 مليما للعبوة أو الكيلوجرام.
يسمح لوزير التجارة بالإفراج عن السلع المخالفة مقابل تعويض مالي أو السماح بإعادة تصديرها مقابل تعويض محدد.

وحدد القانون رسوم فحص الصادرات والواردات بقرار من وزير التجارة، بما لا يجاوز 250 مليمًا عن فحص الرسالة لكل عبوة أو
