تصل إلى 8 سنوات.. أحكام بالسجن تطال رؤساء سابقين للاتحاد الجزائري لكرة القدم

أصدرت محكمة جزائرية أحكاماً بالحبس النافذ تتراوح بين سنة و8 سنوات بحق رؤساء سابقين ومسؤولين في الاتحاد الجزائري لكرة القدم.
شملت الأحكام 19 متهماً في قضية فساد تتعلق بتسيير أموال الاتحاد وإبرام عقود مخالفة بين عامي 2017 و2023.
تضمنت التهم إساءة استغلال الوظيفة، وتبديد الأموال العمومية، واختلاسها، وإبرام عقود غير قانونية لتوفير التجهيزات الرياضية وخدمات السفر والإقامة.
تعد الأحكام الصادرة حالياً ابتدائية وقابلة للاستئناف أمام مجلس قضاء الجزائر قبل أن تصبح نهائية.

اختتمت المحاكمة المعروفة بقضية الاتحاد الجزائري لكرة القدم بصدور أحكام قاسية للغاية ضد عدد من المسؤولين السابقين.
