تضامن النواب تناقش طلبات بشأن تكافل وكرامة ومطالب بتسريع البت فى التظلمات

  • ناقشت لجنة التضامن الاجتماعي بمجلس النواب طلب إحاطة بشأن عدم أحقية بعض الحالات في الاستفادة من برنامج تكافل وكرامة.
  • طالبت النائبة كريستينا عادل بوضع آليات مرنة لتحديث بيانات المتقدمين لضمان تقييم الحالات وفقا لظروفهم الاجتماعية والاقتصادية الراهنة.
  • أشارت النائبة إلى وجود شكاوى من تعنت بعض مكاتب الشؤون الاجتماعية في محافظة أسيوط وعدم تجاوبها مع المواطنين.
  • طالبت رئيسة اللجنة بتقديم بيان بالمكاتب التي تشهد تعنتا لتبدأ اللجنة بالتحرك بالتنسيق مع الوزارة لحل المشكلات وتسريع البت في التظلمات.
