من المنتظر أن يتحول تعداد 2030 في عهد الرئيس ترمب من أداة حيادية لعد السكان إلى مشرط سياسي يستبعد المهاجرين ويطمس أسئلة العرق والإثنية، فيُعيد رسم الخريطة الانتخابية وتقاسم الموارد على حساب الأقليات.
