تعديلات تشريعية جديدة تستحدث نصوصا لتسهيل المشروعات المنزلية

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يتضمن مشروع القانون تعديلات لتيسير ممارسة المشروعات المنزلية والحرفية والتراثية من الوحدات السكنية للأنشطة غير الخطرة.
يمنح المشروع مهلة سنة للمشروعات في الاقتصاد غير الرسمي لتقديم طلبات الحصول على تراخيص مؤقتة لتوفيق أوضاعها.
يعدل المشروع مسمى القانون والجهاز ليشمل ريادة الأعمال بشكل صريح ومباشر ضمن نطاق اهتمام ورعاية الجهاز.
يعيد المشروع تعريف الحدود المالية للمشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر لمواكبة التغيرات الاقتصادية ومستويات الأسعار.

استحدث مشروع القانون المقدم من النائب محمد الجارحي، رئيس لجنة المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر بمجلس النواب، بشأن تعديل بعض أحكام قانون تنمية المشروعات المتوسطة والصغيرة ومتناهية الصغر الصادر بالقانون رقم 152 لسنة 2020، عدد من التعديلات الهامة بشأن المشروعات المنزلية.
