تعرف على عقوبة إقامة منشأة صناعية بدون ترخيص طبقا للقانون

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

يحدد القانون رقم 15 لسنة 2017 عقوبة الحبس لمدة لا تتجاوز عاما وغرامة مالية تتراوح بين 100 ألف و5 ملايين جنيه لمن أقام منشأة صناعية بدون ترخيص.
تتضمن العقوبات القانونية على المنشآت الصناعية المخالفة إمكانية غلق المنشأة المخالفة.
أوقفت الأجهزة الأمنية بمحافظة البحيرة مصنعا غير مرخص لإنتاج وتعبئة الأسمدة والمخصبات الزراعية المغشوشة.

حدد القانون رقم 15 لسنة 2017 بإصدار قانون تيسير إجراءات منح تراخيص المنشآت الصناعية عقوبة إقامة منشأة صناعية
