تعيين محمد المشيقح رئيساً تنفيذياً لـ”الوسائل الصناعية”

وافق مجلس إدارة شركة الوسائل الصناعية بتاريخ 5 أغسطس 2026 على تعيين محمد بن صالح المشيقح رئيساً تنفيذياً للشركة، وذلك اعتباراً من 6 أغسطس 2026، بناءً على توصية لجنة المكافآت والترشيحات.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس، أن الرئيس التنفيذي الجديد يمتلك خبرة قيادية في الشركة منذ عام 2020، حيث قاد عدداً من المبادرات والبرامج التحولية، وأسهم في تطوير الأعمال وتنفيذ خطط التوسع والاستحواذ.

ويحمل المشيقح درجة الماجستير التنفيذي من كلية الأمير محمد بن سلمان، ولديه خبرة متنوعة في مجالات إدارة الأعمال والاستثمار وتطوير الأعمال المالية، إضافة إلى توليه عدداً من المناصب القيادية في القطاعين العام والخاص.
