تقرير أميركي: تحصين مدينة «الأبيض» بـ 51 كيلومتراً من السواتر والخنادق

الخرطوم 30 يونيو 2026 – كشف مختبر الشؤون الإنسانية بجامعة ييل الأميركية، الثلاثاء، عن إقامة الجيش السوداني نقاط تفتيش وشبكة تحصينات  من السواتر والخنادق داخل مدينة الأبيض، عاصمة ولاية شمال كردفان، وخارجها. وتزايدت التحذيرات المحلية والدولية من ارتكاب قوات الدعم السريع انتهاكات واسعة بحق المدنيين حال هاجمت الأبيض، بعدما حشدت تعزيزات في مناطق حول المدينة، مع استمرار قصف المواقع الحيوية. وقال المختبر، في تقرير، إن “الجيش أحاط الأبيض بسواتر وخنادق دفاعية يبلغ طولها 51 كيلومترًا، إضافة إلى 14 نقطة تفتيش على الأقل على الطرق الرئيسية داخل المدينة وخارجها”. وأوضح أن الأضرار الظاهرة في صور الأقمار الصناعية الملتقطة خلال الفترة من 25 مايو إلى 25 يونيو 2026 تشير إلى قصف متعمد للبنية التحتية المدنية اللازمة لاستمرار الحياة، حيث تعرضت منشآت توليد الكهرباء ومرافق تخزين الوقود والسوق الرئيسية للقصف. وتحظى الأبيض بأهمية استراتيجية، حيث تقع عند ملتقى الطرق المؤدية إلى جنوب كردفان جنوبًا، والنيل الأبيض شرقًا، وغرب كردفان وصولًا إلى إقليم دارفور غربًا، كما يربطها بالعاصمة الخرطوم طريقان. وذكر المختبر أنه خلال الفترة من 25 مايو إلى 25 يونيو 2026، قُصفت ثماني محطات وقود في الأبيض، ليرتفع عدد المحطات التي هوجمت منذ 19 فبراير الماضي إلى 19 محطة. وأوضح أنه رصد أضرارًا في محطة كهرباء الأبيض الفرعية الواقعة شرق المدينة، حيث تفيد …
