تقرير: ارتفاع قياسي للإنفاق العسكري المغربي إلى 6,3 مليارات دولار في 2025

سجل المغرب خلال سنة 2025 أعلى مستوى للإنفاق العسكري في تاريخه الحديث، بعدما ارتفعت مخصصاته الدفاعية إلى نحو 6,33 مليارات دولار، بزيادة بلغت 14,8 في المائة مقارنة بسنة 2024، وفق أحدث بيانات معهد ستوكهولم الدولي لأبحاث السلام (SIPRI).

وتظهر المعطيات أن الإنفاق العسكري المغربي واصل منحاه التصاعدي للسنة الثالثة على التوالي، بعدما انتقل من 5,19 مليارات دولار سنة 2023 إلى 5,52 مليارات دولار سنة 2024، قبل أن يتجاوز حاجز 6 مليارات دولار خلال السنة الجارية. وبالمقارنة مع سنة 2021، ارتفع الإنفاق الدفاعي للمملكة بنحو 19 في المائة.

وعلى مستوى شمال إفريقيا، حافظ المغرب على المرتبة الثانية خلف الجزائر التي عززت بدورها ميزانيتها العسكرية بشكل لافت، حيث بلغت 25,44 مليار دولار سنة 2025، مقابل 21,81 مليار دولار سنة 2024، مسجلة زيادة سنوية قدرها 16,6 في المائة.

ويكشف التقرير أن الإنفاق العسكري الجزائري انتقل من نحو 9,1 مليارات دولار سنة 2021 إلى أكثر من 25 مليار دولار سنة 2025، ما جعل الجزائر تستحوذ على الحصة الأكبر من الإنفاق الدفاعي في منطقة شمال إفريقيا.

وفي المقابل، تفوق الإنفاق العسكري المغربي بشكل واضح على باقي بلدان المنطقة، إذ بلغت ميزانية الدفاع في مصر حوالي 2,5 مليار دولار، وفي تونس 1,48 مليار دولار، بينما لم تتجاوز في موريتانيا 320 مليون دولار.

أما عربيا، فيظل المغرب بعيدا عن مستويات الإنفاق العسكري في دول الخليج، وعلى رأسها السعودية التي خصصت نحو 83,18 مليار دولار للدفاع خلال سنة 2025، فيما بلغت الميزانية العسكرية للكويت 8,09 مليارات دولار، وسلطنة عمان 5,99 مليارات دولار، والبحرين 1,47 مليار دولار.
