تمنح سهماً مجانياً لكل سهمين مملوكين ..”التعاونية للتأمين” ترفع رأس المال 50% 

وافقت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة التعاونية للتأمين، في اجتماعها بتاريخ 3 سبتمبر الحالي، على توصية مجلس الإدارة بزيادة رأس مال الشركة بنسبة 50% عن طريق منح أسهم مجانية للمساهمين، بقيمة 200 مليون دولار (750 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد أن رأس المال سيرتفع من 400 مليون دولار (1.5 مليار ريال ) إلى 600 مليون دولار (2.25 مليار ريال)، فيما يرتفع عدد الأسهم من 150 مليون سهم إلى 225 مليون سهم.

وتتضمن الزيادة منح سهم واحد لكل سهمين يملكهما المساهم، وذلك من خلال رسملة جزء من رصيد الأرباح المبقاة بقيمة 200 مليون دولار (750 مليون ريال).

وأشارت “التعاونية للتأمين” إلى أن زيادة رأس المال تهدف إلى تدعيم القاعدة الرأسمالية للشركة، بما يدعم معدلات النمو والتوسع في أعمالها خلال الأعوام المقبلة.

وستكون أحقية الأسهم المجانية للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة غير العادية، والمقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية “إيداع” في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ انعقاد الجمعية.
