تمويلات مراكز البيانات حول العالم تسجل 58 مليار دولار منذ بداية 2026

تواصل مراكز البيانات جذب استثمارات ضخمة حول العالم رغم التوترات الجيوسياسية المتصاعدة، مدفوعة بالطلب المتزايد على البنية التحتية اللازمة لتطبيقات الذكاء الاصطناعي والحوسبة السحابية.

ووفق بيانات “Dealogic” بلغت قيمة تمويلات صفقات مراكز البيانات نحو 58 مليار دولار عبر 42 صفقة منذ بداية العام، مقارنة مع 34 مليار دولار عبر 34 صفقة خلال الفترة نفسها من العام الماضي.

وتشير تقديرات “أكسفورد إيكونوميكس” إلى وجود نحو 850 مركز بيانات قيد الإنشاء حول العالم بقيمة إجمالية تصل إلى 7 تريليونات دولار، تتصدرها الولايات المتحدة بعدد 228 مشروعاً والصين بعدد 98 مشروعاً.

ويأتي ارتفاع الاستثمار في مراكز البيانات وسط زخم في تطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي، وكان بنك الاستثمار الأميركي “جي بي مورغان تشيس” قد رفع تقديراته لحجم إنفاق وقروض شركات التكنولوجيا الكبرى المطلوب لتطوير الذكاء الاصطناعي، بعد زيادة توقعاته لحجم القدرات التي ستقوم الشركات ببنائها.

ويقدر خبراء البنك حجم إنفاق شركات الذكاء الاصطناعي الكبرى حتى 2030 بحوالي 5.5 تريليون دولار، بزيادة قدرها 400 مليار دولار عن تقديراتهم في نوفمبر الماضي.

وأشار خبراء البنك إلى أن 4.1 تريليون دولار من هذه الاحتياجات التمويلية ستوفرها الشركات من خلال القروض، وهو ما يعكس التوقعات بأن الشركات ستستخدم الأموال المقترضة لتمويل الجزء الأكبر من نفقاتها.
