“تهامة للإعلان” تتكبد 52.79 مليون ريال خسائر سنوية

تفاقمت خسائر شركة تهامة للإعلان والعلاقات العامة والتسويق بنسبة 448.45 % إلى 52.79 مليون ريال في عامها المالي الماضي المنتهي في 31 مارس 2026، مقابل خسائر بقيمة 9.62 مليون ريال في 2024 – 2025.

وقالت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء، إن إيراداتها السنوية ارتفعت بنسبة 27.64% إلى 33.06 مليون ريال في العام المالي 2025- 2026، مقابل إيرادات بقيمة 25.9 مليون ريال في العام المالي 2024 – 2025.

وعزت ارتفاع الإيرادات إلى تحقيق إيرادات من قطاع التسويق وإدارة الفعاليات، حيث لم يكن هذا القطاع قد بدأ نشاطه خلال العام السابق، وقابل هذا انخفاض في إيرادات قطاعات الإنتاج والإعلان والتوزيع.

وأوضحت الشركة أن أسباب تفاقم خسائرها السنوية تعود إلى تسجيل خسائر من الاستثمار في المحفظة المالية بقيمة 43.37 مليون ريال في السنة المالية الماضية، مقابل أرباح من هذه الاستثمارات خلال العام الأسبق بقيمة 4.09 مليون ريال.

وأشارت إلى ارتفاع مخصص مخزون بطيء الحركة بنحو 2.11 مليون ريال في السنة المالية الماضية، وانخفاض الحصة من نتائج أعمال شركات زميلة مقارنة بالسنة المماثلة من العام السابق بما يقارب 4.52 مليون ريال.

وانخفضت الإيرادات الأخرى للشركة في السنة المالية 2025 – 2026 على أساس سنوي بما يقارب 5.97 مليون ريال بسبب عدم وجود ودائع بنكية.

كما تأثرت نتائج العام المالي 2025 -2026 بتسجيل تسويات زكوية على المجموعة بقيمة 1.16 مليون ريال، مقارنة بأثر إيجابي من تسويات زكوية لصالح الشركة بلغ 6.12 مليون ريال خلال العام المالي 2024 -2025.

وأعلنت الشركة عن وصول الخسائر المتراكمة للمجموعة إلى 54.74 مليون ريال كما في 31 مارس 2026، تمثل 23.88 % من رأس مال الشركة، مشيرة إلى أنه سيتم تطبيق الإجراءات والتعليمات الخاصة بالشركات المدرجة أسهمها في السوق التي بلغت خسائرها المتراكمة 20% فأكثر من رأس مالها.
