“توبي” تجدد تسهيلات ائتمانية بـ119.46 مليون دولار من “السعودي الأول”

جددت شركة العرض المتقن للخدمات التجارية (توبي) ورفعت تسهيلات ائتمانية متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مع البنك السعودي الأول، بقيمة 119.46 مليون دولار (447.99 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأحد، أن مدة التمويل تمتد حتى 9 أغسطس 2027، فيما تم تقديم سند لأمر بقيمة التسهيلات كضمان للاتفاقية.

وتستهدف التسهيلات تمويل المشاريع الجديدة، وإصدار خطابات الضمان والاعتماد، وتمويل الفواتير.

وارتفع صافي ربح شركة العرض المتقن للخدمات التجارية (توبي) بنسبة 4.3% خلال الربع الثاني من عام 2026، ليبلغ 9.7 مليون دولار (36.6 مليون ريال)، مقارنة بصافي ربح قدره 9.3 مليون دولار (35 مليون ريال) في الربع المماثل من العام السابق.
