“توبي” تجدد تسهيلات بنكية بـ250 مليون ريال مع “بنك الجزيرة”

جددت شركة العرض المتقن للخدمات التجارية (توبي) بتاريخ 23 يوليو الحالي اتفاقية تسهيلات مصرفية متوافقة مع أحكام الشريعة الإسلامية مع بنك الجزيرة بقيمة 250 مليون ريال.

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الخميس، أن مدة التمويل تمتد حتى 23 يوليو 2027، مشيرة إلى أن الضمانات المقدمة تتمثل في سند لأمر بقيمة التسهيلات.

وأضافت أن التمويل سيستخدم في تمويل عقود المشاريع الجديدة، إلى جانب إصدار الاعتمادات المستندية والضمانات.
