توثيق الطلاق فى 15 يوما وإلا الحبس والغرامة بمشروع قانون الأسرة الجديد

ما يعرفه ريفو عن الخبر

  • يلزم مشروع قانون الأسرة الجديد الزوج بتوثيق الطلاق رسميا خلال 15 يوما من تاريخ وقوعه.
  • لا تترتب آثار الطلاق المتعلقة بالحقوق الزوجية أو الميراث إلا بعد إتمام التوثيق الرسمي.
  • يجب على الزوج إعلان الزوجة رسميا بوقوع الطلاق وتسليمها نسخة من وثيقة الطلاق خلال 15 يوما.
  • يعرض عدم الالتزام بالتوثيق أو تقديم بيانات خاطئة الزوج للحبس حتى 6 أشهر وغرامة من ألف إلى 5 آلاف جنيه.

ألزم مشروع قانون الأسرة الجديد، المقدم من الحكومة إلى البرلمان، الزوج بتوثيق الطلاق رسميًا خلال مدة لا تتجاوز 15 يومًا من تاريخ وقوعه، سواء كان الطلاق رجعيًا أو بائنًا
