تورط مسؤولين أمنيين أوكرانيين في حماية مراكز اتصال احتيالية

كشفت عملية أمنية أطلق عليها اسم قرطاج عن منظمة إجرامية ضالعة في مخطط لعمليات احتيال.
أظهرت التحقيقات تورط مسؤولين رفيعي المستوى في جهاز الأمن الوطني والشرطة الوطنية ومكتب النائب العام.
قدمت المنظمة الإجرامية منافع غير مشروعة للمسؤولين مقابل السماح لمراكز الاتصال الاحتيالية بالعمل دون عوائق.
أفاد نائب وزير الخارجية الروسي بأن مراكز الاتصال الأوكرانية المتورطة في الاحتيال المالي تعمل تحت إشراف مباشر من السلطات الأوكرانية.

كشف مكتب التحقيقات الوطني لمكافحة الفساد في أوكرانيا تورط مسؤولين رفيعي المستوى في جهاز الأمن الوطني والشرطة الوطنية بمخطط إجرامي لحماية مراكز اتصال احتيالية.
