توقيف سويدي مبحوث عنه دوليا بطنجة

تمكنت عناصر المصلحة الولائية للشرطة القضائية بمدينة طنجة بتنسيق مع مصالح المديرية العامة لمراقبة التراب الوطني، زوال اليوم الأربعاء 16 شتنبر الجاري، من توقيف مواطن سويدي يبلغ من العمر 22 سنة، وذلك لكونه يشكل موضوع أمر دولي بإلقاء القبض صادر في حقه من طرف السلطات القضائية بالسويد.

وقد جرى توقيف المعني بالأمر بمدينة طنجة، حيث أوضحت عملية تنقيطه أنه مبحوث عنه على الصعيد الدولي بموجب نشرة حمراء صادرة عن المنظمة الدولية للشرطة الجنائية « الأنتربول »، بطلب من السلطات القضائية السويدية، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في قضية تتعلق بمحاولة القتل العمدي.

وقد تم توقيف الأجنبي المشتبه فيه متلبسا بانتحال هوية مزيفة والتزوير، بعدما أدلى برخصة سياقة تتضمن معطيات تعريفية مزورة أثناء إخضاعه لإجراء التحقق من الهوية، حيث تم إخضاعه لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي المتعلق بالتزوير واستعماله الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، بينما تم تكليف المكتب المركزي الوطني « مكتب أنتربول الرباط »، التابع للمديرية العامة للأمن الوطني، بإشعار نظيره بالسويد بواقعة توقيف الأجنبي المعني بالأمر.

ويأتي توقيف المشتبه به في سياق التزام المصالح الأمنية المغربية بتفعيل آليات التعاون الأمني الدولي، خصوصا ملاحقة وإيقاف الأشخاص المبحوث عنهم على الصعيد الدولي في قضايا الجريمة العابرة للحدود الوطنية.
