توقيف شاب للاشتباه في قيادة دراجات نارية بطريقة استعراضية وخطيرة بمراكش

تمكنت عناصر الشرطة بولاية أمن مراكش، اليوم الثلاثاء 22 شتنبر الجاري، من توقيف شخص يبلغ من العمر 18 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطه في السياقة بطريقة استعراضية بالشارع العام، وتعريض أمن المواطنين وسلامة مستعملي الطريق للخطر.

وكانت مصالح الشرطة قد رصدت شرائط فيديو منشورة على مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي، يظهر فيها المشتبه به وهو يقود دراجات نارية بطريقة استعراضية وخطيرة بالشارع العام، وذلك قبل أن تقود الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة في هذه القضية إلى تحديد هويته وتوقيفه.

وقد تم إخضاع المشتبه فيه لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك للكشف عن جميع ظروف وملابسات هذه القضية، وكذا تحديد كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعني بالأمر.
