توقيف عصابة للنصب على محلات بيع التجهيزات المنزلية بأكادير

تمكنت عناصر الشرطة القضائية بمنطقة أمن تيكيوين، يوم أمس الخميس 2 يوليوز الجاري، من توقيف أربعة أشخاص تتراوح أعمارهم ما بين 29 و38 سنة، وذلك للاشتباه في تورطهم في قضية تتعلق بالنصب والاحتيال.

وكانت مصالح الشرطة قد فتحت بحثا قضائيا على خلفية توصلها بشكايات تقدم بها أصحاب محلات تجارية، يتهمون فيها المشتبه فيهم بتعريضهم للنصب والاحتيال، عن طريق تقدمهم بطلبات لشراء أجهزة إلكترو-منزلية على منصات بالإنترنت، قبل تسلمها والفرار على متن سيارات خفيفة دون تأدية أثمنتها.

وقد أسفرت الأبحاث والتحريات المنجزة في هذه القضية عن تحديد هوية المشتبه فيهم وتوقيفهم، حيث تم إخضاعهم لتدبير الحراسة النظرية رهن إشارة البحث القضائي الذي يجري تحت إشراف النيابة العامة المختصة، وذلك لتحديد باقي الامتدادات المحتملة لهذا النشاط الإجرامي، والكشف عن كافة الأفعال الإجرامية المنسوبة للمعنيين بالأمر.
