تونس: السجن 9 أعوام للقيادي بحركة النهضة منذر الونيسي  في تهم تتعلق بالإرهاب

  • قضت المحكمة الابتدائية في تونس بالسجن تسع سنوات بحق القيادي بحركة النهضة منذر الونيسي بتهم تتعلق بالإرهاب.
  • حكمت المحكمة على الصحافي زياد الهاني بالسجن أربع سنوات مع النفاذ العاجل بسبب جرائم الامتناع والإضرار بالدبلوماسية التونسية.
  • أصدرت المحكمة أحكاماً غيابية بالسجن لمدة 25 عاماً بحق عدد من المتهمين المحالين بحالة فرار في القضية ذاتها.
  • تعود أصول القضية إلى سبتمبر 2023 إثر تسريب تسجيل صوتي منسوب للونيسي حين كان يشغل منصب الرئيس بالإنابة للحركة.

قضت الدائرة الجنائية المختصة بالنظر في قضايا الإرهاب ​بالمحكمة الابتدائية في تونس، الثلاثاء، بالسجن تسع سنوات بحق القيادي بحركة النهضة منذر الونيسي.
