“جازادكو” تجدد عقود مزارع الروبيان لمدة 30 عاماً

تسلمت شركة جازان للتنمية والاستثمار “جازادكو” بتاريخ 1 يوليو 2026 النسخ النهائية الموقعة لاتفاقيات تجديد عقدي إيجار الأراضي المقام عليها مزارع الروبيان التابعة للشركة والواقعة بمنطقة جازان، والبالغة مساحتها الإجمالية 8,000 دونم (8 ملايين متر مربع)، مع وزارة البيئة والمياه والزراعة، بعد استكمال إجراءات توقيعها من الأطراف المعنية.

وأفادت “جازادكو” في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الأربعاء أن مدة التجديد تبلغ 30 سنة، وبذات السعر الإيجاري السابق البالغ 1 ريال للدونم سنوياً، على أن يبدأ التجديد من تاريخ انتهاء العقدين السابقين 16 ذي القعدة 1438هـ و2 محرم 1447هـ.

وأشارت إلى أن هذا التجديد يسهم في استقرار تكاليف تشغيل المشروع، وضمان استمرارية الانتفاع بالمواقع التشغيلية القائمة للشركة على المدى الطويل، كما يدعم خطط الشركة المستقبلية في التوسع بقطاع الاستزراع المائي، ويعزز مساهمتها في تحقيق الأمن الغذائي، ودعم مستهدفات رؤية المملكة 2030.
