“جنرال موتورز” تؤمن قطع غيار بتمويل 4.5 مليار دولار

“جنرال موتورز” تؤمن قطع غيار بتمويل 4.5 مليار دولار

أبرمت شركة جنرال موتورز اتفاقية تمويل لشراء قطع غيار بقيمة تصل إلى 4.5 مليار دولار ، في خطوة تستهدف تعزيز سلاسل الإمداد والحفاظ على السيولة بعد الاضطرابات التي شهدها قطاع السيارات خلال السنوات الأخيرة.

وبموجب الاتفاق، ستتولى شركة بروكورا أوتو (Procura Auto Parts) تمويل دفعات مقدمة لموردين مختارين عبر تحالف مصرفي تقوده “جي بي مورغان تشيز”، و”بانكو سانتاندر” نيابة عن الشركة.

وستسدد “جنرال موتورز” قيمة القطع بعد استخدامها في الإنتاج، على ألا يتجاوز موعد السداد نهاية يوليو من عام 2029.

ويهدف الترتيب إلى تأمين المكونات الحيوية، مثل أشباه الموصلات والعناصر الأرضية النادرة، مع إبقاء تكاليف المخزون خارج الميزانية العمومية حتى استخدامها.
