حبس صاحب كيان تعليمي وهمي في عين شمس 4 أيام بتهمة النصب على المواطنين

قررت جهات التحقيق حبس صاحب كيان تعليمي وهمي في عين شمس 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات.
قام المتهم بإدارة الكيان بدون ترخيص للنصب على المواطنين وإيهامهم بالحصول على فرص عمل مقابل مبالغ مالية.
ضبطت الأجهزة الأمنية بحوزة المتهم شهادات واستمارات ودفتر إيصالات نقدية وختم أكلاشيه.
اعترف المتهم بارتكاب الواقعة بهدف تحقيق الربح المادي.

قررت جهات التحقيق حبس المتهم بإنشاء وإدارة كيان تعليمي وهمي للنصب والاحتيال، على المواطنين في عين شمس، 4 أيام على ذمة التحقيقات. ورصدت الإدارة العامة لمباحث المصنفات وحماية حقوق الملكية الفكرية بقطاع الشرطة المتخصصة، قيام أحد الأشخاص بإنشاء وإدارة كيان تعليمي بدون ترخيص، كائن بدائرة قسم شرطة عين شمس بالقاهرة، للنصب والاحتيال على المواطنين راغبي.
