“حديد الرياض” توزع أرباحاً نقدية بنسبة 5% من رأس المال عن عام 2025

“حديد الرياض” توزع أرباحاً نقدية بنسبة 5% من رأس المال عن عام 2025

أقرت الجمعية العامة غير العادية لشركة الرياض للحديد “حديد الرياض” في اجتماعها الثاني بتاريخ 8 يونيو الحالي توصية مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح نقدية على المساهمين عن السنة المالية 2025م بواقع 0.05 ريال للسهم وبنسبة 5% من رأس المال.

وذكرت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الثلاثاء أن إجمالي الأرباح المقرر توزيعها 3.5 مليون ريال على أن تكون أحقية الأرباح لمساهمي الشركة المالكين للأسهم بنهاية يوم انعقاد الجمعية العامة والمقيدين في سجل مساهمي الشركة لدى مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق، وسيتم توزيع الأرباح خلال 15 يوم عمل من تاريخ الاستحقاق.

كما وافقت الجمعية على إضافة مادة إلى نظام الشركة الأساس برقم (37) تتعلق بـ (توزيع أرباح مرحلية). وفوضت مجلس الإدارة بتوزيع أرباح مرحلية بشكل نصف أو ربع سنوي عن السنة المالية 2026.
