“حديد الرياض” توزع أرباحاً نقدية بنسبة 5% عن النصف الأول من 2026

“حديد الرياض” توزع أرباحاً نقدية بنسبة 5% عن النصف الأول من 2026

أعلنت شركة الرياض للحديد “حديد الرياض” عن قرار مجلس إدارتها بتاريخ 14 سبتمبر 2026، بالموافقة على توزيع أرباح نقدية مرحلية على المساهمين عن النصف الأول من السنة المالية 2026، بإجمالي 0.93 مليون دولار (3.5 مليون ريال).

وأوضحت الشركة في بيان على “تداول السعودية” اليوم الاثنين أن التوزيعات ستكون بواقع 0.05 ريال (0.013 دولار) للسهم، وبنسبة 5% من القيمة الاسمية للسهم، فيما يبلغ عدد الأسهم المستحقة للتوزيعات 70 مليون سهم.

ومن المقرر أن تكون أحقية الأرباح للمساهمين المالكين للأسهم بنهاية تداول يوم الخميس 17 سبتمبر 2026، والمسجلين لدى شركة مركز إيداع الأوراق المالية “إيداع” في نهاية ثاني يوم تداول يلي تاريخ الاستحقاق.

وسيتم توزيع الأرباح بتاريخ 7 أكتوبر 2026 عن طريق شركة “إيداع”، التي ستقوم بتحويل المبالغ المستحقة مباشرة إلى الحسابات الاستثمارية للمساهمين.
